We didn’t get the service. It started with attempting to get an appointment to bring my vehicle in to have a tire replaced after sometime. Finally got somebody to come out and look at the tire. They checked the warranty and said it wa my vehicle in to have a tire replaced after sometime. Finally got somebody to come out and look at the tire. They checked the warranty and said it was covered and that bring the car back which I did at 9:30 AM, then I was then told As soon as Toyota approved the tire they would install it after 4 1/2 hours. I finally was able to pick up my car. The service at North Hollywood Toyota is questionable. I’ve yet to have a good experience there. More
