I don’t understand the reason for having a scheduled appointment at 8:40 am when I still had to wait 4 hours for my car. I was given an ETA of 2-3 hours. At 12:00 pm which was over 3 hours past my promi appointment at 8:40 am when I still had to wait 4 hours for my car. I was given an ETA of 2-3 hours. At 12:00 pm which was over 3 hours past my promised time, I went to look for my service advisor Jack whom I was told was on lunch. Angel was kind enough to help check on the ETA of my car. He told me they were still working on my car and to check back in 30 minutes. I did not get my car back until 4 hours later. Sadly enough I purchased my car at this dealership and this was also the first time I had my car serviced by you. I was told it was a “holiday weekend” but Easter Sunday is not a holiday nor would it be an acceptable excuse to wait so long for car service. I will not be bringing my car back to your dealership unless I can be guaranteed an acceptable promise time for service. Had I been told that it would be a busy “holiday weekend” I would not have wasted my time and scheduled for another day or dealership. More

The maintenance/service provided is always reliable, always dependable. Their service coupons are also of great value as well. When a customer schedules an appointment time (days in advance) for an oil change... and then the customer asks the.on-site service rep during the initial write-up approx how long it will take... and the response from the service rep is 2-3 hours... well, I think we can all agree that such a significant, extended wait time would require the customer to excercise great patience. But when it ULTIMATELY takes nearly 5 LONG, GRUELING HOURS to complete a SIMPLE OIL CHANGE... i'm sorry, but NO DISCOUNT COUPON is worth that amount of TORTURE. In Closing... At the conclusion of such a trying, frustrating, and disappointing experience... It would've been very nice (and totally appropriate) for the Service Dept to offer some sort of a goodwill gesture/incentive/promotion to the customer, providing an opportunity for the dealership to earn back both the customer's trust and future business.
