Great sales guy, awful & rude sales managers Tony Long did a fantastic job in the sale process. I felt he was trustworthy but above all extremely knowledgeable about Toyota features. He answered my questions that other sales guys in other dealerships couldn't and saved me time from looking at online forums. I believe he fought for me to get the best deal I could. I have been in the market for a truck for about 9 months and he was the guy that finally helped me pull the trigger on driving off the lot with a new Tacoma. I did have one of the worst experiences dealing with the sales managers. MARK & RICARDO very unprofessional. We were trying to negotiate a previous price and/or adding extra mods to the truck. I understand what they could/could not do, however THEIR DEMEANOR IN THE WAY THEY WERE RESPONDING TO MY QUESTIONS WAS THE WORSE. I hope Eddie Brooker reads this and offers some customer service courses for these two guys. Even if Mark & Ricardo would have honored the previous price or thrown in mods, I would have still felt the same way as I felt I was not treated with respect by these two. If i could give a rating of 5 starts (5 being the worse) of rudeness, I would give these two guys a 6. At the end, i think what got me more mad was their attitude not the negotiation. If I did not have to deal with Mark or Ricardo, i would given this review a full 5 stars. But to talk about the positives, Tony Long and Martin Wood (finance dept) made it a great experience. thanks guys! More

Great Buying Experince! Fantastic Team that I worked with while purchasing my 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE. Was first contacted by Jake Davis as I was inquiring about the Highl Fantastic Team that I worked with while purchasing my 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE. Was first contacted by Jake Davis as I was inquiring about the Highlander. Jake was great at answering all my inquires into the different options I had never heard about. Went over for a look-see and was met at the door by Jake where he already had the Highlander out and ready to go. Just the right package with the third seat and bench seat, Plenty of room especially with the third row seats folded down. Jake spend the good part pf 3 hours explaning the car functions while he was actually the Internet Relations Manager! We took a nice drive around Dalton and the car was fantastic! He could of easily directed me to a Sales Person but I had asked that he handle my car deal. Great guy! Came back the following day and met Tony Long who finalized the deal as I then knew Jake's true job. Anyway Tony also did a great job of explaning the cars contols/functions and all the many options of the car. Wow! he also spend about 2 hours with me. Stephen Scully the financial guy got things rolling and got me out the door fast. Thanks Stephen!
