Jesse Carrillo is by far has the most product knowledge of any salesman I've ever dealt with....he REALLY knows the Toyota product, inside out! He's also a good IT person....he knows how to set all the electronics! He even came to my home in 2016 to set up me garage door opener, and I live 50 miles from the dealership!
