Very straightforward I came in knowing what I owed on my trade in, my credit, how much I could afford monthly and a down payment. Ray was able to find a car that fit into all of it, granted I wasn’t particular on the type of car. He was very straight forward and understanding of the situation I was in and did not try to haggle with me on the down payment. He understood what I brought to him was what I could do. I went from a 2008 Jeep Liberty to a 2019 Toyota Corolla with a not so hot credit score and only $1000 for a down payment. After being turned down at other dealerships and told that they couldn’t find wiggle room in the down payments required I am so pleased that I ended up at north Georgia Toyota. Ray was amazing and I will highly recommend this dealership even when someone’s situation looks hopeless, much like my own did. He even made sure I was approved before I ever stepped foot in a vehicle so I would not get my hopes up on a test drive I may not have been approved for. So when I finally got to test drive I knew what I was looking at as a loan and payment and I knew when I came back to the dealership I would be signing papers for this car. I can not express enough gratitude and I was extremely impressed with how much respect and consideration I was treated with considering I am a young female and quite a few other dealerships tried to jerk me around. They don’t judge your looks or what money you have in your wallet, north Georgia Toyota truly does want to get you into a car you love that you can afford. More
