We had done our homework and looked around the site online and found a couple of highlanders I wanted to look at. So we were fairly easy to please. lol We were trading in my Mazda cx9 and knew we might be in some trouble with how much the trade in value was. We expressed our concerns with Jessie and he did everything to make sure we walked out of there with no negative equity and the price we were looking for in our car payment. He was very real with us and made the experience very pleasant. Excellent staff all around and I will be a Toyota girl forever now! More
