Superb! From the moment I walked up to North Georgia Toyota, I was greeted with several smiles that were all willing to assist me. I had made a reservation t From the moment I walked up to North Georgia Toyota, I was greeted with several smiles that were all willing to assist me. I had made a reservation to test drive a Toyota Camry. I had previously visited Lexus of Chattanooga and test drove a couple used Lexus and Toyota Camry. The staff there were friendly but didn't seem to have much interest in selling me a car let alone go out of their way to show me the features of each car I drove. I felt as if I was a nuisance rather than a paying customer. So I left there, loving each one of the cars I drove, but the lack of customer service and negotiation had me searching elsewhere for my next vehicle. That's when I decided to search other local Toyota dealerships to see what they had to offer. When I came across the online deals that North Georgia had on their used cars I headed down there the following Wednesday. Thats when I met Roger. Not only was Roger a wealth of knowledge on all the cars he showed me but he was an honest straight forward salesman. I never felt rushed or a nuisance for wanting to be informed of my next investment. My experience with Roger was superb!! Starting from the moment he introduced himself to him taking my picture in front of my first BRAND NEW CAR! Thank you Roger and North Georgia Toyota for your excellent service. More
