I explained to him that I only wanted to see one certain vehicle and within moments we were test driving. I also explained to Roger that if a good deal could be made on my trade in, that I wanted to purchase this vehicle. Roger was prompt and genuine and a deal was agreed upon. My wife was excited and wanted to see our new purchase and Roger did not mind waiting until she could arrive at the dealership and was very courteous towards my wife. I was sent to Martin Wood's office to sign the paper work and discuss warranty, services, and GAP insurance. Martin did not attempt to "up-sale" any of these additional items but was extremely informative. I have purchased 7 vehicles in the past 15 years between myself and my wife and have never had such a positive experience when dealing with a car dealership.
