I was told I may need to get a new vehicle when this vehicle only has 130k miles is that telling me that Lincoln’s are not good vehicles and don’t invest as they have short life expectancy. Very disappointing and trying to see how I can get the word out about these vehicles and my experience. More
Probably last time I allow North Florida to work on my vehicle, nice people, but you can’t under fill the oil, along with a few other items in previous services. After being a North Florida Lincoln customer for 30+ years I was treated shamefully. No contact from sales when my car developed problems. Service department is minimal at best. As a result, I purcha years I was treated shamefully. No contact from sales when my car developed problems. Service department is minimal at best. As a result, I purchased a new car from another dealership. North Florida was totally uncooperative with the new dealership getting my car. They would not receive calls or return phone messages. For me personally it was a sad and shocking ending. This business has gone to heck in a hand-basket. More
