Michael kept in touch with me from the signing of papers to pick-up day and I am happy to say that I know have a car I have faith in along with a new car dealership for future purchases. I would highly recommend North End Motors as they have quality cars in stock and specifically Mike Froio for your car buying needs. Only improvement I would add is the dealership having a full tank of gas for the new car owner. After putting down your hard earned money, pulling away with a full tank of gas would have been better than pulling into the nearest gas station! More

I saw the car on on line and talked to someone they were very helpful and polite. The guy checked to make sure the car was available and then he set up a time for me to come down and take a look at the car very helpful and polite. I told them I wanted to take it to my mechanic and they offer to drop the car at my mechanic's shop. Wanted to buy Mini-van or SUV. Drove several vehicles and made several trips to dealer, even though they were 100 miles away, because they had a great selection of cars. The best thing was that there was no pressure like other dealers. I wanted to take the car to another Dealer to have it looked at and they had no problem with that at all. In fact it took 3 hours and Richard never complained once! The only reason we could not put the deal together was the Documentation FEE of 385.00. I think that in this economy that it really excessive. I think it is unfair to charge 385.00 for paper work, and have noticed many dealers lowering their fees now. I spoke with Patrick the GM, who was very nice, but he could not adjust it. I think they would sell more cars and customers would be much happier if they made this fee more reasonable. 200-220.00.
