I went to North End Motors to find a used car, something simple, cheap, no other thought necessary. I causally went to North End Motors hoping to find something cheap just to get me from point A to B while dealing with the mess of my current car and the loan. When I went to North End Motors, I met with Anthony Sheldone and explained my situation. I wanted to roll my undriveable auto and the loan into a new loan on a car for 5K... Anthony explained my options and reiterated that a cheap car is what you get when you want to go cheap. You have to look for value. Everyday we have to spend money on the costs of living. At the end of the day you have to determine if the benefit of the money spent outweighs the cost. There must be some value add. And in my situation, thanks to the outstanding help of Anthony in sales and Maria in Finance, I was able to rid myself of a problematic car and car payment; the remedy - a 2007 model car with less than 30,000 miles, at a fair and equitable price. This is a quality dealership and the effort is highly appreciated. More

Have had my car serviced both in Brockton MA and at the newer facility in Canton MA. I have had a couple of major repairs to my vehicle over the last couple of years done there (not counting my regular mai newer facility in Canton MA. How about visiting a repair shop that actually listens to you when you describe your issues and more importantly calls to give you updates on the status? How about being given options as to how they can repair your vehicle - I was offered factor or after market parts and when I arrived to pick up my car they showed me the old pieces that had to be replaced. Listen there are risks to having / buying a used car as from time to time they need repairs but when you have a repair shop that you can trust the risk on purchasing a used vehicle is minimized. I think they go the extra mile to make sure they do excellent work with repairs because they also sell used cars and want to make sure you pass the word around to your family and friends (not to mention later on when you yourself need a new car). Hey I'm not saying they know me by name when I visit or anything but I always get excellent service and when I compare quotes to the dealers the savings are sizable. More

I just bought a 2007 Honda Accord (which I love!) and have to say it was a great experience. It's the first car I've bought on my own (I'm 25) and I was concerned about getting taken advantage of. I never felt that way at all, and compared to what I found on the internet, it seems that I couldn't have gotten a better deal. I was prepared to go through my credit union for financing, because I assumed they(the dealership) would offer me a terrible rate, but Jeff Ford from finance actually beat my credit unions rate. I'm paying less monthly than I expected to (which is awesome!) so I couldn't be happier. I love the car, have had it for three months so far and have had no problems, but if I do I will definitely take it to the repair shop at North End Motors. Of course it's under warranty anyway so I won't have to worry! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service and a great deal. More

I bought my car - a 2001 Audi A4 from North End a few years ago back at their original location in Brockton. The selection of cars available was awesome, and I had a tough time picking but I love my car years ago back at their original location in Brockton. The sales staff and managers were all great to work with, and super friendly and accommodating. They now have a new location in Canton, and it's really very nice. I take my car there now for service because it's so convenient to get to, and their customer service is second to none.
