Went in for the 7500 mile service on my Mazda 3S 5-door , and chose to wait for it to be completed. Not even 45 minutes later ( after being quoted about an hour) my car was good and ready to go. A couple days later, I noticed a bad wheel vibration at highway speed. I called not even 15 minutes after they opened in the morning, greeted to a very happy "Hello", explained to Roger my problem, and he was able to fit me in later that afternoon to take a look at it. Before I even mentioned what I thought it could be, he explained what normally happens once tires are rotated ( part of the 7500 miles service), and he knocked the price down for me. After I dropped it off, he noticed that it was still under warranty, therefor no charge. About 20 minutes and a quick road test later, they re-balanced all 4 tires and I was on my way, happy as could be. I can't say enough good things about North End Mazda. Very few dealerships I've been to have service done have been so upbeat and actually are willing to work around my work schedule. More

Roger called me to find out what happened, scheduled an appointment to look at my car, and fixed the problem. North End Mazda in Lunenburg has excellent customer service, in particular Roger....he took excellent care of me. I would definitely refer my family and friends to North End Mazda in Lunenburg. More
The staff is always friendly and explains the service in a way you will understand and makes service recommendations ahead of time so you have time to think and plan if and when you want it done. Great friendly people. Excellent work and fast service. I have a Mazda 3 and their knowledge and diognostic skills about this vehicle were quite evident in taking care of my problem. The service manager, Roger, will do anything he can to make you a happy. I have dealt with many service departments and always had to fight to get my car fixed right. Not here. A couple weeks ago I went in for my 15k service. I arrived shortly before 8am - Roger had all my paperwork & the loaner car ready to go. I was out of there within 5 min. Car was ready ahead of the estimated time, and it was washed - nice! On the way home from vacation this past Tuesday we blew a tire (thanks Connecticut....). I called Roger to give him a heads up that I'd be by in the morning for a new tire. I dropped in @ 8am and they had the tire in stock and got my car right in. I was out of there within an hour. With both instances service is on-time and done right the first time. The prices are fair and the staff is honest. The customer service can't be beat. I recently moved an hour away but I still bring my car to North End Mazda because I know that's where I'll get the best service. More

I'm on my third Mazda. The people who work at North End have always been outstanding, professional, and fair. Roger & the rest of the service crew got me to 200,000 miles on my Protoge, and now I've just h have always been outstanding, professional, and fair. I went in for a routine oil change. When I cgot there, I had a couple of extra questions (tail light had gone out since making the appt; tires sounded funny). Everything was ready before the appointed hour - including a surprise for me as he had the vehicle all washed and shined. I know Roger has a team working with him, so thanks to those guys too! More
