After several bad snowstorms, I noticed that the right side of my front bumper was not flush with the headlight. I purchased my 2004 Mazda 6S new from North End with only 83 miles on it. I have always had it serviced there and the service has continually improved over time. The service department has always been honest and fair. They notify me of recalls and tell me when a repair or scheduled maintenance is coming up so that I can prepare financially and/or research options (e.g. type of tires). In recent years, the service department personnel have become even friendlier. They are friendlier on the phone and in person, schedule me for service on short notice, advice me of cost saving options, and treat me as a friend. When I go in with a mechanical issue or concern, they take the time to explain the diagnosis, why the problem occurred, and my options. Roger, the parts department staff, the technicians, and all North End staff that I have encountered over the years are knowledgeable, work hard, take pride in their jobs, and do much more than what is required of them. I believe in the North End Service Department and, after purchasing a used vehicle from them with Jason Cote a month ago, plan on having my family’s second vehicle serviced there as well. North End Mazda values the business of their customers and expresses it through their actions. When I first started getting my car serviced there, I was surprised that they washed my car when I got it serviced. It was really nice, saved me time, and kept me proud of my Mazda. Over the years, I have had to get extensive work done on my vehicle on several occasions after hitting a pregnant deer, running over a raccoon on the highway, being victim of a hit and run in a parking lot, getting dented rims and flat tires on potholes, etc. Depending on the extent of the damage, North End either fixed my car or recommended a body shop and helped me make arrangements. While they were fixing my vehicle, they sometimes let me use a rental vehicle. In fact, when I purchased the used vehicle, our trade-in was inoperable and we were given a rental car so that we could both go to work while it was being prepared. Thanks to North End and their staff, after years of ownership, I am still proud of my Mazda! More

Visited Nort End Mazda for an oil change and to fix an issue with the driver's side window on my Tribute. As always, Roger and the gang took great care of me and I was on my way in about an hour - oil ch issue with the driver's side window on my Tribute. We own 3 Mazdas, all bought at North End, and have our servicing done there as well. Dealing with Roger Hanks is a pleasure. Roger is always helpful and pleasant. I actually bought the Mazda 3 from a Subaru salesman on the other side of their lot. Great experience there, but recently I was having an issue with a minor oil leak. I dealt with their Service side and found them to be very honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. In particular, Roger Hanks was exceptionally helpful and gave me some great advice when they discovered it was the drain plug that had not been put on correctly by a oil change shop "technician." The best part was there was no charge. I know that people often share horror stories about dealing with the service departments in dealerships, but I have found North End Mazada's service to be excellent. Highly recommended!! More

Have had my car serviced by north end since I bought it and have been dealing with Roger for a couple of years now,, he keeps me serivce department.. I began dealing with Roger in June when I bought a Mazda Miata. Because of the service I have received since then, I just brought my toyota to him for service as well. Last evening I had a headlight blow on my Mazda3 (and being a do-it-yourself type of person,) I thought about stopping at an auto-parts store picking up a bulb, and changing it myself. But because it loo being a do-it-yourself type of person,) I thought about stopping at an auto-parts store picking up a bulb, and changing it myself. But because it looked very tight behind the headlamp I called Roger. He immediately stated that because it was a "Safety Issue" he could fit me in this morning between two other customers if I could be there right at opening... I showed up at 8AM, and Roger handed the paperwork for the replacement bulb to Shawn ... Shawn went and got the bulb and immediately replaced it and Matt rang me up. In and out in less than 20 minutes! All three of them were extremely pleasant and friendly. I truly believe these guys go out of there way to treat their customers as though they were friends and family --not just customers; and they take care of my car like it's their car. In the end it was a bit more pricey than if I had done the work myself, but with that comes the peace of mind that the work was done correctly, with factory parts; and without suffering and scraped knuckles having to remove the boot, pull off the plug and pull and replace the bulb myself. North End Mazda has REALLY stepped-it-up their service department, in the past I've tended to go to independent mechanics ... and there's just NO WAY I'd do that now. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, the car is clean when they're done, and the prices tend to be fair (there have been times for 15K or 30K maintenance that Roger has given me a coupon to help defray the costs.)
