I have been going to this dealership for over 10 years for service with normal great service. The last two time, the service was not the best. The last time they over charged me for my repair and promised for service with normal great service. The last two time, the service was not the best. The last time they over charged me for my repair and promised me a discount that never happened. During my latest visit, the issue that is went in for was not fixed. I had to return the next day on another issue that was not fixed that they knew about. The service personnel has changed so I am not happy with the change. If I took this survey before my last two visits, I would have given them five stars. I did not work with Rob Newton on this visit. There was someone else that was in charge of service. Rob Newton is a great person to work with. I normally receive a price discount for being a long term customer. I have not been given that discount the last two visits. More
