I made my appt online for what I thought was an oil change. It was actually for my recall (I needed both done). I called the service dept and asked to add on the oil change and was told I was all set change. It was actually for my recall (I needed both done). I called the service dept and asked to add on the oil change and was told I was all set. My email confirmation lists Seth as the advisor. When got there for these services I was told by the advisor that I was not in for an oil change and that my vehicle needed to have less than a 1/2 tank of gas (which was not relayed to me by Seth) so luckily I did have less than a 1/2 tank because I would have been very upset to have taken the day off for nothing. I just felt that this advisor didn't believe me an he said he found it hard to believe Seth would have not told me these things but I have the confirmation email from Seth updating my appt and he did not tell me about the less than 1/2 tank of gas. Other than that service was good. More

There was a lack of communication throughout the process. My car was in the shop for two weeks and nobody wants told me what was going on. I would’ve preferred more communication and more explanation of the issue since it was a serious issue on a new car. More

Overall my service was done quickly. I had one hiccup, which might need to be changed on your end. I was quoted (via text) for my oil change and a filter of $98, but service said that I had one hiccup, which might need to be changed on your end. I was quoted (via text) for my oil change and a filter of $98, but service said that was not the case and the oil change alone would be $64! In the end they got the pricing to match the quote...I am not sure if this might need to change in your text quoting system. More
Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Waiting area is very pleasant (very much enjoyed looking at the RX8 there - I owned an RX4 back in the 70's, so it brough back memories). One of the best experiences I had with a service center. The waiting area place was nice, comfortable, and clean.
