I went in for an oil change and was recommended a brake flush for 40k miles. Upon immediately leaving the service center I noticed a part on the floor of my car (i later leaned it was my floor air vent) an flush for 40k miles. I called the dealership immediately and someone named Justin (maybe Jason?) answered and I explained to him that I just left and could service relook at my car, there’s a part on the floor and all of my lights were on. He rudely responded that service closes at 4 and I’ll need to call back next week(it was Sat), mind you it was 4:05 and I had just left. I then asked what I’m supposed to do about the lights and the part on my floor, and extremely condescendingly he said I simply should move the part out of the way so someone is able to sit in the passenger seat and call back next week like he “just said”. Justin was extremely rude and condescending the entire phone call and never once offered to schedule me an appointment, or even the bare minimum write my number down and assure that they’ll call me first thing Monday. I had to bring it to another mechanic and pay even more money to get the air out of the brake lines and fix the floor air vent, I felt unsafe driving with so many brake lights on especially with my long commute. It also made me nervous that I had this unknown part left on the floor of my car coupled with the warning lights. I understand these things happen but the man who answered the phone truly could not have been any more rude. Stay far far far away from this place, there are so many other great service centers located in dealerships that actually have adequate customer service departments. More

Inspection was prompt, but offered a number of services that were unnecessary and had recently been done by my previous mechanic.
