Everything I requested was done quickly and expertly. They also found a failing belt tensioner and replaced that along with a new belt. First service appointment at North End. I loved the video the tech was able to send me showing me what needed repair (nail in my tire). I was quoted a 90-minute appointment, but it ended u I loved the video the tech was able to send me showing me what needed repair (nail in my tire). I was quoted a 90-minute appointment, but it ended up being three hours, which was disappointing. However, these things happen and Collette was very accommodating. Love the car, the staff are all excellent, and I'm assuming the long wait was a one-time thing. More
