Everything I requested was done quickly and expertly. They also found a failing belt tensioner and replaced that along with a new belt. They do an excellent job servicing my car. I especially like the video clip of the underside of the vehicle. First service appointment at North End. I loved the video the tech was able to send me showing me what needed repair (nail in my tire). I was quoted a 90-minute appointment, but it ended up being three hours, which was disappointing. However, these things happen and Collette was very accommodating. Love the car, the staff are all excellent, and I'm assuming the long wait was a one-time thing. More
