I had a 9am appt on Saturday, dropped my vehicle off on Friday. Come Saturday I called at 1:00 to see if vehicle was ready. They said it hasn’t even been brought in yet they had end of day written down as Friday. Come Saturday I called at 1:00 to see if vehicle was ready. They said it hasn’t even been brought in yet they had end of day written down as ok for pick up. I never said end of day was ok otherwise I wouldn’t have dropped off the night before. I did ask when you close they said 4. I did mention I wasn’t in a huge rush but expected my vehicle at least by 1:00 with a 9:00 appt. I didn’t pick my car up until closing. Which was making me late for my afternoon plans. When I got into my vehicle I noticed they sprayed my car spray all over my car. On the front mats, the cup holders, middle console where shifter is. One I did not ask for them to do that, two they had no right, why was spray needed? And three it specifically says not to spray on plastic because it stains so I had to rush home and spend 40 min cleaning the inside of my car before it was all stained. I was not happy. They also asked if I wanted it washed I said yes, when I picked it up it looked worse than when I dropped it off like all they did was spray it down with a hose. It was my first service done there since I bought my vehicle in June and I was definitely not happy with the service at all. More

The Service team at North End Mazda does a great job. I’ve only ever had my vehicles serviced with them, and it’s been six years with the vehicle I have now. They endeavor to fix vehicle issues right the first time, and even if there are roadblocks, they make it right. They also communicate efficiently throughout so there are no surprises when the bill comes due. The transparency is definitely appreciated. I recommend North End Mazda Service because they do a great job and I have confidence that they always will, which is why I choose them. More
