I travel close to 50 miles to have my elderly Mazda serviced at this dealership. I purchased my Mazda from them 13 years ago. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very rude. I’ve never been spoken to that way in the past. I have always had a good experience with everyone else. I believe his name was Matt.
