After he came up with multiple figures for my 2016 Kia Optima Hybrid, they personally apologized to me for the horrific experience I previously had. After speaking with Hannah and the the sales manager, I went to the dealer that night and went the process of leasing the car. In finance they also informed me that because I am a college student I will be able to bring my transcripts in and receive $400 back, which I have done and I am currently just waiting on the check. I've had the car for just over two months now and I absolutely love it. I was so pleased with the service they provided me that I plan on coming back for my next lease. More

He was fair and good natured; and at all times, made us feel like we were his best customers ever. The Sportage is very classy and half the cost of comprable crossover SUV's, and gets better mileage than it's competition as well.
