Bought a new Edge Titanium fully loaded, I love the car but can’t get any air to come out of the back of the front seats. Plenty of cold air coming from the bottom of the front seat but absolutely zero com but can’t get any air to come out of the back of the front seats. Plenty of cold air coming from the bottom of the front seat but absolutely zero coming from the back of the front seats. I brought it to the dealership twice for repair and left it a week the last time. Both times they told me it was fixed but still zero air coming from the back. Our salesman recognized that this was a problem when we test drove it, his wife has the same car and he knew what he was talking about. The service manager said it was fixed when I called, drove 35 miles to pick it up and zero air again. Our salesman came and checked for himself and couldn’t feel anything. The service manager said it was fixed because he did what Ford told him to do even though they couldn’t possibly know. He needs to learn how to standup and let them know what they suggested did not solve the problem! I will contact Ford for a resolution or ask to meet with a mediator to help get the problem solved. Terrible service department. 3 times in 3 times failed. Carried out Jeep in for the second time for a repair that there was a service bulletin on. Didn’t make the repair nor did they call to say they hadn’t. Wouldn’t return my phone calls. “Head” service guy is screaming at the service writer then has me to drive a nice young lady around to duplicate problem. Come back then the same guy starts in telling me that he’s not honoring my warranty and I’ve got to carry it somewhere else. Complete and absolute jerk and unprofessional in everyway. They don’t answer the phone, have absolutely no no customer service skills, and problems almost always start at the top not at the bottom. Actually felt sorry for the service writer but won’t ever use them again. ❌❌❌ More
