I am disappointed with the new management of the dealership. I have 3 vehicles, which I have had regularly serviced here, including oil changes, tires and brakes. I came in for an oil change and asked the new service manager to check on an engine service light. His response was "A diagnostic is $225". Considering my extensive customer history, I expected him to say "No problem" as if a repair was needed, he would make money for the repair. I'm now looking for a new service provider who will appreciate a regular customer. More

This woman is very rude she was rude to my 78 year old father who was there to have service done and while waiting I observed her being rude to another customer as well as one of the young men who was wor father who was there to have service done and while waiting I observed her being rude to another customer as well as one of the young men who was working there. With people like her meeting the public this company is bound to have more problems. We do not have to use this Dealership for service as we are located closer to Birmingham than Jasper, AL. We will not use this dealer for service again as long as Renee is handling the service dept. The price for the work being done seems rather high to me although when my Father asked to talk to a service person about the problem she told him that she could not pull someone off their job just to talk with him or he could make an appt and then bring the car back. The steering was making a noise and he was afraid to drive it 30 miles back home. The work has not been completed as of yet so the quality of work can not be assessed although it will carry a warranty. More
