It was the very best car buying experience that I have ever had!!!!! I bought my 2019 Ram 1500 and it was as easy as could be!!!!!! Carly, Lance, Greg and Brian went above and beyond providing a truly rememberable experience. Transparency was there every step of the way and communicated very well through all of my many questions. The team ensured I would be taken care of since I was having to road trip 4 hours. Spent only the time necessary to get all paperwork handled on site as we took care of most via phone and was on my way back to Atlanta in time for dinner! Many thanks to the team there! More

I initially gave a 5 star review on June 8, 2023. However, this has been a horrible car buying experience. I went to register my car and get a tag, but the title app was missing in the paperwork. I c However, this has been a horrible car buying experience. I went to register my car and get a tag, but the title app was missing in the paperwork. I contacted the dealership and all I’ve been told is they were coming to my house because they need me to sign more paperwork and they’ll bring the title app. I haven’t seen or heard from anyone. I have 2 days to get a tag, the check engine light and low tire pressure light came on when I drove the car home on the day that I purchased it. They added on extras for lifetime tire and rotation, and something to put on the windshield, but I live an hour from the dealership and it’s not convenient for me to take the car to get the tires rotated and balanced. Plus it’s cheaper to have it done where I live, but they charged me for their service and it was added to the financing of the vehicle. At this point… they can give me back my down payment and get the vehicle. Brandon was super nice while he was trying to sell me the vehicle, but he hasn’t followed up with me and he sold me a vehicle that already had issues. North Country Ford in Arab, Al is very shady. I guess I was an easy target because they felt that I was desperate for a vehicle. I’m not signing any other paperwork so the vehicle can be picked up once you’re ready to come get it. Just bring my down payment with you. More
