I found a used truck that I liked but was hesitant to call about it because I have had bad experiences with dealerships. I read some of the bad reviews, but called anyway and I am glad I did. I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy Brown and right away he put me at ease. He listened to my concerns and explained everything. When I showed up there were no surprises about the cost of the vehicle or fees. There were a few very minor issues with the vehicle, which is just the reality of looking at a used car, but Jeremy went out of his way to make everything right. He is truly a very principled man of his word. I came away with a good deal on a great vehicle. Chris Scroggins helped me with the paperwork and took the time to explain everything I was signing and make sure I knew exactly what I was agreeing too. It was a quick and transparent experience. I would definitely buy from North Country Ford again. More
Bought a new Edge Titanium fully loaded, I love the car but can’t get any air to come out of the back of the front seats. Plenty of cold air coming from the bottom of the front seat but absolutely zero com but can’t get any air to come out of the back of the front seats. Plenty of cold air coming from the bottom of the front seat but absolutely zero coming from the back of the front seats. I brought it to the dealership twice for repair and left it a week the last time. Both times they told me it was fixed but still zero air coming from the back. Our salesman recognized that this was a problem when we test drove it, his wife has the same car and he knew what he was talking about. The service manager said it was fixed when I called, drove 35 miles to pick it up and zero air again. Our salesman came and checked for himself and couldn’t feel anything. The service manager said it was fixed because he did what Ford told him to do even though they couldn’t possibly know. He needs to learn how to standup and let them know what they suggested did not solve the problem! I will contact Ford for a resolution or ask to meet with a mediator to help get the problem solved.
