Good service you can trust but Truck went in for a coolant leak, Good service but it took 2 days longer than quoted and charged $180.00 more than quoted. At first they were going to charge me even more but I got them to drop the price somewhat, not back to the original quote though. I’m in the market for a new vehicle to replace this one, second guessing if I will go with a Ford for a 6th time in my life. The people have always been good to work with there, I just don’t fully understand why I’m billed more for the service that turned out to be harder than expected. More

Just needed an oil change and tire rotation. i Contacted other ford dealer and attempted to make an oil change reservation. I was told they don’t do oil change appointments but just to show up.. i Contacted other ford dealer and attempted to make an oil change reservation. I was told they don’t do oil change appointments but just to show up.. I showed up and had to park 3 cars back and attempt to get someone in shops attention to tell me it would be about three hours... I then walked back to my car and called North country Ford. They told me I could do an appointment for later that day (7 pm)... I drove in and immediately pulled in and was met at my car by person who promptly took my info and had me taken care of... the other person at the desk even remembered taking my appointment. I felt like I was the pope. I then had a seat and within half hour I was all set and out the door... GREAT experience.. I will be coming back here for all my ford repairs / service. More
