Dave Niemi was great! Patient, understanding, tolerant of my constant questions and tasks. He never gave up. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this man. A true professional in every sense of of my constant questions and tasks. He never gave up. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this man. A true professional in every sense of the word. Speaks volumes of his employer as well. All my questions were answered, the vehicle was well prepared for me. I love it. Drove it to Oklahoma the very next day. What a great ride! More

I went in with no appointment for service on my 2008 Mustang GT Premium Convertible ( 19,600 Miles ). I was in and out in a very short time with an oil change, tire rotation, and several other items checked out. My tire tread is down to 5/32 in so Dan Hunt made sure to advise me of that and also took the time to print up a list of available tires that were appropriate for my Mustang so I could determine what I wanted to do at my leisure without any pressure on his part. I'm a stickler about high pressure sales tactics and I like the fact that you DO NOT have to deal with that at North Country. On my last service appointment at North Country I did not mention to them that I had a bulb burned out in the left taillight, and I didn't expect them to find it, much less take the time to replace it, but, much to my surprise, when I got the car back, the bulb had been replaced and I did not have to mess with it myself. These are the kind of experiences that will keep me coming back to North Country Ford for years to come. You can bet when it's time for a new vehicle, I'll be coming back here to make the purchase. Thanks to everyone at North Country Ford, my favorite Twin Cities Dealership. Dennis L Benedict Proud Owner of a North Country Ford Mustang! More

I brought my truck in for a fuel issue and worked with Tim Rabel. He was AWESOME to deal with. There were some issues with the mechanic's end of things which resulted in some hassle. When we picked up m Tim Rabel. He was AWESOME to deal with. There were some issues with the mechanic's end of things which resulted in some hassle. When we picked up my truck the ABS light was on, which it wasn't before so we ended up leaving it there. The mechanics had already gone home for the night so it wouldn't be worked on until the next morning. We got a call about an hour later saying it was fixed because one of the mechanics came in, so we went to pick it up and the next morning it didn't start; same issue we brought it in for. So North Country sent a tow truck and had a loaner waiting for me. Tim was just as upset as my Husband and I were about the whole ordeal. It wasn't his fault, but he was still upset FOR us which in my eyes shows the compassion he has for outstanding customer service, a rarity these days! We got a call half way through the day to pick up the truck again. My Husband picked up my truck and the guy he dealt with was rude to put it nicely. Tim had already left for the day, so he wasn't able to check him in/out. This is the only "issue" I've ever had at North Country Ford in Coon Rapids. From the purchase of my truck from Greg Veum in 2004 to present day, only one bad experience, that's pretty darn good! People have "off" days sometimes, we just happened to fall victim of that this time. I'm still shocked that the mechanic didn't notice the ABS light on or that the sensor/wires were damaged during the removal/replacement of the gas tank. Tim took very good care of us though and made sure this issue was addressed on all levels. I highly suggest North Country Ford, and when it comes time to get a new vehicle/service, this is my place. I wish the service prices were a bit more reasonable, but they are a dealership, so that's to be expected. Thanks Tim and Greg for the outstanding service! More
More than any dealership in my lifetime, North Country Ford has met and exceeded my expectations. And you can tell that North Country Management has empowered their employees to make me happy. Whether, c Ford has met and exceeded my expectations. And you can tell that North Country Management has empowered their employees to make me happy. Whether, consulting with me on future vehicles purchases, securing financing or simply receiving service on my vehicles, I have come to expect fantastic service. It is also in the little things they do. They go the extra mile to please me. For over ten years I have frequented North Country purchasing 8 or 9 vehicles from them. They have become my 'home' dealership. I love my North Country Ford! More
I bought my current suv from there; bought it at the time when gas was $4/gal. Their pricing turned out to be excellent, as now the value of the vehicle is still higher than when I purchased it, almost 2 ye when gas was $4/gal. Their pricing turned out to be excellent, as now the value of the vehicle is still higher than when I purchased it, almost 2 years ago. The little things they offer come in handy, a gas discount card at Holiday, a few coupons for dings and scratches, I ended up using them all. They are a one price store, and while there's no negotiating, in my case, that was not an issue at all. I wish they were a little closer to my house, I would much rather go there than Apple Ford. Since every review has to have something negative - I guess they could have warned me that washing my jeans with the starter remote inside them would cause the suv to start by itself, over and over and over... The remote was pretty reliable though, it survived this issue. More
I purchased a truck last week online from North Country Ford. Ken Kincade did an outstanding job every step of the way. I can tell you Ken's service was in stark contrast to other responses I received Ford. Ken Kincade did an outstanding job every step of the way. I can tell you Ken's service was in stark contrast to other responses I received to a number of inquires. It truly is puzzling. Considering the current economic conditions, you would think sales people would be climbing over each other to help. I spoke with one salesperson in particular on the last day of the month and quarter (9/30/2010) from central Iowa. We could not agree on pricing. I received a voice mail from the general manager exposing the dealerships commitment to customer service. I returned his call, stated the salesman’s performance was excellent, however we could not agree on a price. I never heard from the general manager. To add “insult-to-injury” the general manager sent me an e-mail with their latest truck sales event the following week. Another salesman in Wisconsin sent me an e-mail response to my inquiry, I called him on Monday, we spoke about the truck, and he was going to confirm that the truck had not been sold on Saturday. I never heard from him again! The good news is that there are still great people out there “checking their bucket” glad to be employed and making a living and willing to do whatever it takes in a positive and productive way. I bought a truck from a gentleman from North Country's Coon Rapids, Minnesota dealership(North of the Twin Cities). I bought the truck on Tuesday night. Ken Kincade delivered it to a sister dealership in Mankato (Mankato Honda), Minnesota on Thursday. I caught a ride with a lady from my office headed to Mankato for the weekend and we had a very pleasant drive to pick up my new truck. If you are ever in the market for a new Ford—please give Ken Kincade a call at North Country Ford in Coon Rapids, Minnesota: 612-554-7644 or the dealership at 763-427-1120. He provides photographs, video and a free CarFax on every vehicle they sell. Thank you, Tom Teesdale More
