I made a service appointment a week in advance and dropped my car off at 7:30 AM. Ken told me he would get back to me by late morning with a diagnosis. He was extremely patient with me in finding the exact make, model, color (I even changed my mind a few times) with all the experience with Greg Veum. Absolutely no pressure, no nagging phone calls, like I have experienced other places, a very positive aspect! I love my Edge and everything about it! I have had a few problems with the voice activated navigation/sync system, but the awesome Service Department (Ken, most of the time) will me in and taken care of each time.
