They had a solid process that made it easy fairly easy and gave me confidence when buying. I was very impressed with my salesman Jake Olson. I looked at cars with him on Friday 11-3 and left without making a decision. I came back to North Country Ford the next day to make my final purchase after a long search process that started with the 2023 auto show because of Jake. I ended up visiting 6 other dealerships (Honda X2, Chevy/GMC) during my long search process, including 3 other Ford dealerships. My return was due to the energy that Jake had towards his job and the concern that I felt he had toward me finding the vehicle that fit my needs and my budget. His service was 5 stars and I am glad to have had him as my salesman. I will refer my friends and family to Noth Country Ford and ask them to look for Jake Olson. The sales person had no clue what he was doing, he lost the plates, sent us out alone with a vehicle with no dealer plate on car. Did nothing to show us anything on the vehicle, it seemed as though we wer the plates, sent us out alone with a vehicle with no dealer plate on car.
