I got there first thing in the morning and was out of there a little after 9 am, service was great and I didn't notice it at first, but they snapped my front bumper back in place. It had been dislocated there a little after 9 am, service was great and I didn't notice it at first, but they snapped my front bumper back in place. It had been dislocated when I hit a coyote on the way to work, I never could get it back in place, but they did. This dealership is the best!!!!!! More
Previously had bad experience BUT I was pleasantly surprised with Cory. We were able to discuss NY concerns before I took my vehicle over. Informed him what I wanted . As discusseddone. It was refreshing to have someone work with me regarding my car issues. As discussed in prior experience my technician was eager to see me leave so he could flirt with the next customer. I was impressed that I got to talk to Victoria & to Cory's supervisor. Informed them both how impressed I was with his excellent customer service. Looking forward to working with him & giving this location a second chance. It is rare to find good customer service at this time. Very impressed!! More

Sales staff (Cassandra) was very courteous, but not very knowledgeable about out of state, all cash purchasing. She had pulled a credit report and made me fill out a loan application, even though I was buyi knowledgeable about out of state, all cash purchasing. She had pulled a credit report and made me fill out a loan application, even though I was buying cash. This causes a loan Inquiry on my credit report. You are forced to purchase a Butler package. This is supposed to be a coating on the exterior paint. If it was applied, they applied it over a heavily water spotted car. Title was a complete mess. Patricia made it very difficult to obtain the title. Some was company policy which I accept. The remainder was on her stubbornness and unwillingness to listen and provide a service which was her job. She took it upon herself to change my title application to a different name and address stating due to a loan on the vehicle. I PURCHASED IT ALL CASH, no loans. This has created a situation to where I’m now a month into purchasing the vehicle and still have no title. Phoned the manager who had sent a welcome email. He wouldn’t accept or return my calls. If you have a choice, I would avoid this dealership. More
My Honda Civic AC wasn't cooling. I knew honda had extended warranties for condenser as the material was very week. I offered to get it inspected with independent agencies to make it clear but honda won't accept third party evaluation. it seems honda never had intention cover warranty for poor material used at their end and also I bought this car from North Corpus Christi Honda but they care only to make money. Replacement cost -$1560 and I end of paying inspection charges $180. My question is if there is no sign of damage , how did they determine it was rock damage and dealership is sure why they wont accept third party evaluation!! I would never do business with this dealership More
The wait was a bit long but Makayla worked really hard to get everything done as quickly and efficiently as she could.
