Quick email responses from Patti Sherman(Sales) and the dealerships straight forwardness when providing a price quote intrigued me. NCCHonda was the front runner all along but a few other dealers were close behind. Patti took her time in showing us the car and going over the price. I was still a bit unsure but when Dan Ngo (General Manager) took the time to meet with me and my family to negotiate the final price and some dealer options, I agreed to the purchase. We also met with Roy Davila (Finance) and John Saenz (Sales Manager) who were both very personable.
