Ok Services Salesmen were easy to deal with. They tried hard to accommodate. Management was more of a struggle. I asked to be emailed or sent the latest numbers t Salesmen were easy to deal with. They tried hard to accommodate. Management was more of a struggle. I asked to be emailed or sent the latest numbers that we were negotiating over the phone. But management just ignored my request. I asked why they would not send me the info, and was still ignored. They would not give me any info unless I showed up at dealership again. I was actually told “ you have to come in to see what our latest offer is”. So on my way out of town to another dealership, I stopped to see what the offer was. It was decent enough that we went with them. But still left a bad taste I’m my mouth. More

Oil Change I only get my oil change at Honda, and most recently Gilbert notified me that he was now working at North Honda. I’m so appreciative he did! Being an out of state buyer, my needs were more than that of a local buyer. The team, especially Patti, went above and beyond to get the deal done. They held the car, used FedEx overnight to get the documents to me quickly (and even pre-paid for my return envelope), and made themselves available to me by personal phone 24/7 for any questions that came up. Patti was a phenomenal point of contact and felt more like a personal advocate than a sales person. I appreciate all of their help and recommend them to any buyer looking for a new car! More
