Added accessories Made offer for Honda Pilot EX-L with NO added accessories and NO other options and they accepted. The sales rep that contacted me had an appointment a Made offer for Honda Pilot EX-L with NO added accessories and NO other options and they accepted. The sales rep that contacted me had an appointment at a certain time. I get there and I'm waiting and waiting. They finally get me someone else that helps after almost an hour. Then they tell me the price for the vehicle is 2k more due to some paint sealant, mud guards, tint, other protection they put on vehicle. Told them I have it writing the deal we made but they say they can't take those items off because they were already put on vehicle. I tell them then get me another one you have on lot without those added accessories. Said there is not another one so I was going to walk out when they say we will give it to you at our price of $500. I just accepted it because I wanted the vehicle and wanted to leave after being at the dealership for a couple of hours. Then they low ball me with my trade in. So be careful going in and if you make a deal with them be firm and stick with what you agreed to with them. More

Windshield repair Brooke was extremely helpful and accommodating. When I got my appointment times mixed up she reached out to me and was able to help me out still. The service for the repair was fairly quick and they even shuttled me wherever I needed to be and offered to pick me up as well. I will definitely be back for any future repairs. More

Empty promises I started off dealing with Ashley, she was great..considering I know I was typical salesman's worst nightmare buyer. I had lots of questions and just I started off dealing with Ashley, she was great..considering I know I was typical salesman's worst nightmare buyer. I had lots of questions and just wanted numbers. I understand it is a new dealership, but I don't understand why could never get a truthful, straight up honest answer on my trade value. The first time I went into the dealership, Ashley introduced me to Frank (I believe). He asked "What kind of number do YOU want us to give you because we have in the car business what is called Over-Allow." Basically, telling me that he would give me whatever number I wanted and just tack the difference on the new car. That is when he learned I was ONLY interested in used vehicles. I had received several trade appraisals from other dealerships, and ALMOST stayed at the local GMC because their trade allowance was more. But I felt bad that I had given Ashley a run for her money and I was more interested in the car that NCCH had. That is where I am mad at myself for not wheeling and dealing more. The main issues I had at NCCH were that Rich told me while test driving that NCCH had a 90 day warranty, which Michael told me they do not have that offer. Rich also gave me an APR that when I signed with Michael, it was a different APR....Michael blew it off and said " I mean it's only going to change your payment by $5". Michael's excuse for incorrect APR was "something something a chart something something you have never financed a car even though you have a GREAT credit score". After being there for more than 4 HRS (ridiculous wait time), I finally left with a new car....only to get down the road and see that the 1/2 tank of fuel Rich had promised, had not be put in the car. I had 68 miles till empty. I love the car!! I can adjust to the interest rate, because, well it is only $5 (insert eye roll). And after waiting for some time the next week to get the fuel that was promised, I left and filled my own car up! Only $30! Yay me !! All-in-all, it was not a very pleasant car buying experience. More
