As purchase was finalized I noticed an error in the Car Max report regarding the mileage and a air bag recall in the report. As I became concerned Santiago went to work in picking up the car to take care of the air bag recall and left me a car to drive while the 4 runner was being taken care of. Santiago also got the error in Car Max corrected and sent me the results of the correction and serviced the car to give me complete satisfaction on the condition of the vehicle. After driving the car for two weeks and 200 miles I am very happy with the 4 runner. My hats off to Santiago and crew of North Corpus Honda More

Great Service, great dealership I really hate the car buying process and when I went in to this dealership I told Thomas, my sales consultant, that I wanted him to shoot me straight. I really hate the car buying process and when I went in to this dealership I told Thomas, my sales consultant, that I wanted him to shoot me straight. He and his team along with the General Manager were great, they were able to get us a new CR-V for our family within our price range. It took some time and some magic behind the scenes but they all stayed passed closing time (9pm) and really worked on our behalf to get us into a new 2019 Honda at the monthly payment we were looking for. I would recommend Thomas and the team at North Corpus Christi Honda to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thomas was friendly and we had a great customer service experience with him. He really listened to what we wanted (and didn't want) and was able to get us into what we wanted. Honda really cares about their reputation and they not only pride themselves on carrying quality, reliable vehicles but they really care about the customer having a great experience. The dealership is new and super nice, and it has a kids play area with toys which is a life saver (no one wants to take their kids car shopping!) They also make a big deal out of you buying a new car (they call come out and cheer for you, so that's fun!) I feel super excited to have a brand new reliable Honda that will last me a long time. I still can't believe I was able to walk out with a brand new car, thanks to Thomas Shin and his team! More
Auto Butler service sucks I had Auto Butler service and when it was done, I found dent and scratches on my Honda Odyssey. I bought my brand new mini van with Auto Butler from t I had Auto Butler service and when it was done, I found dent and scratches on my Honda Odyssey. I bought my brand new mini van with Auto Butler from that same dealership. They fixed the dent and scratches after 5 days but when It was ready to be picked up, I found 2 more random noticeable scratches from each side of my van. I don’t know what is going on but I’m still waiting for them to fix those scratches. Always check your vehicle before sending it for maintenance or any other services in your dealership. I always check my van for any scratches when putting gas and I always clean it too when I have a chance every night. More

Lucky Lu 2 On arrival, I was told that service on my vehicle would take approximately 2 hours. They completed service in 1 hour 10 minutes. Awesome.
