No help It is unfortunate that this dealership has taken advantage of a trusting senior citizen couple that clearly needed assistance in making an important d It is unfortunate that this dealership has taken advantage of a trusting senior citizen couple that clearly needed assistance in making an important decision to purchase a vehicle. This couple was not given time to sleep on the decision much less talk to their adult child(ren) about signing a contract. Instead the salesman persisted in having them sign a contract without clearly stating that the van would not come with accommodations needed for the double amputee customer. This couple was interested in a vehicle to help assist but instead this dealership has gotten them into a payment they can not afford. After speaking with other dealers, the decision to reverse the purchase is up to the dealership and we would not recommend this location for the lack of understanding of helping customers and ultimately interested in the commission check and the sales quota. More
