First and last time Made my appointment at 4pm with brook she told me it would be about an hour. So time goes by now it’s 545pm I see my car sitting outside. Brook I guess left for the day so asked the other girl that was standing there talking to some boy about my car she tells me she’s gonna go look to see how long it’s going to take. As she goes to the back I see my key laying on the counter. So now a guy is asking me if brook gave me a quote of price or what I said no she just took my key told me it’ll be an hour and now it’s two hours later. So he got everything done and I paid for the oil change and grabbed my keys. Once I got in my car noticed my first aid kit on the floor I always carry on in my glove compartment for emergency and my rear view mirrors were flipped backwards. I understand you may have to get in my glove compartment but even at brake check they put it back the way they found it. The only reason I went here this time was cause this is where I bought my car from and had excellent service with the sales rep and everyone was so friendly next time I’ll go somewhere else More
