Sam Rodriguez--Great salesperson I had been looking all over for the right car for me. Sam took the time to bring several cars up to the front in different colors and styles because h I had been looking all over for the right car for me. Sam took the time to bring several cars up to the front in different colors and styles because he said he hated for me to be walking all over the lot in the heat. I thought that was really sweet and it was unexpected. Going out of his way to be friendly, helpful and most importantly fair. I was there most of the day trying to drive different vehicles and seeing the heat difference in the colors. Sam was patient and never made me feel I was wasting his time. He didn't try rushing me nor was he pushy. I finally decided what I wanted but they didn't have the color car I wanted on the lot. Sam assured me that they could get MY car in and had it on the lot waiting when I got off work. He even suggested I test drive it so I could make sure it drove as I expected it to. He is a GREAT salesperson and I was extremely pleased with him. More

Our estimated time for repair was about 2 hours. As soon as a problem ( part unavailable) was encountered, we were informed and a loan of a vehicle was arranged. We received a phone call the following day and came back to pick up our ridgeline. Everything was smoothly done with a minimum of delays and NO bouncing back and forth between people to complete the service. I was extremely pleased with the experience. More
