Bought a used 2016 Accord from Azhar at this dealership. It had been sold new by the dealer and only ever had one owner who maintained it at the dealership. They took it on trade, sold it to me, and the transmission died less than a month later. Their response was essentially “sucks to suck, get it replaced.” I would not buy a used car from this dealer. Additionally, I had to haggle for a FULL HOUR to get them to remove a xx $700 paint protection film that I fully believe wouldn’t have been applied to the car. Azhar bold face lied to me and claimed it had already been applied to the car. I didn’t tell him that I used to work as a detailer and could tell the paint wasn’t even waxed, let alone coated with protectant - it felt like an easy way for them to cash-grab. Almost walked over them not taking it off the sales price and now I regret not doing so. More

BUYER BEWARE! !!!!! Watch these people. I have bought probably 50 new cars from numerous different dealerships and have only had this happen 1 other time at a deal !!!!! Watch these people. We went in there looking for a Honda Pilot Elite. They low balled our trade and we were going to leave then the came back back with a fair number (6k) more than the original offer. So we agreed to buy the vehicle. We went into finance and started signing papers. After signing several papers and them running our credit we found something that was never agreed to. The extra money they gave us on our trade they ended up putting it in the paperwork as a market adjustment. So the finance guy went to the Sales Manger and he asked if we would finish signing if he took a 1000 off. We said no that it wasn't ever mentioned in the deal and we wanted them to bring our 2023 Accord Hybrid that we bought at AutoNation back around to us so we could leave. These guys are definitely shady. We will be waiting till AutoNation Honda gets an Elite in. PAY ATTENTION IF YOU USE THESE PEOPLE. More

My credit score of well over 800 and I'm at a 18%interest They also over priced the car by almost $10,000 and now he can't even trade the vehicle in without taking a $7000 loss what is gong in. So I called the dealership and the bank talked to Alex in finance who claimed he was the acting manager, he also laughed at me twice. When I finally spoke to a manager they promised to help me get all this situated. Well 5 months in and not even a call. I called back to Alex who laughed at me again and belittled me I asked for his supervisor and he said he was the GM, he is not the GM so I will not speak with him then I asked to cancel the extended warranty so I can get 2000 back however 2 months later no refund yet. Spoke to santander Bank also a dead end.. call dealership talk to Eric who also claimed to be the GM he is not he was also very impatient but did advise me all the people that worked this deal are no longer at Honda north in corpus Christi also spoke to another so called GM Anthony, I mean at this point in like how many GM's do they have here. If that isn't wierd enough I get an email from Gloria advising me that the warranty would be credited by the 20th of September is now the 26th and nothing.. at this point I will be contacting the BBB and the Texas attorney General and corporate honda regarding the shady sales tactics Ps don't be fooled with dealer add ons for paint protection it Cannot be canceled and no one in Arizona ever knows what thier system is or how it gets put on my car..it'd a whole debacle so make sure you price cars everywhere else before making a purchase, this is not the kind of dealership you want to send your children too.. go to any other honda dealer in Texas cause this one is very shady They did advise me they had to let go of everyone that was part of this deal which then tells me they should be working very hard to make this deal right... More
