They had good service, recent attempt to get car serviced, will never go back there again, called for a appointment was told a associate will call, never did called again stated very busy will call serviced, will never go back there again, called for a appointment was told a associate will call, never did called again stated very busy will call in a few hours, three hours later called back, same answer, never called back that day. Started calling the next day, same thing never called back. will i ever buy from them again never. More

Horrible dealership, will never go back. Bayside Subaru is 100x better and the employees are more honest. This dealership will rip you off just to make a few extra dollars and will sell you extended warran is 100x better and the employees are more honest. This dealership will rip you off just to make a few extra dollars and will sell you extended warranties from a unknown company called custom edge plus by warrentech instead of the subaru extended warranty. I can not even find a website or phone for custom edge plus. It is as if that company does not exist. Subaru refused to help me find out any info on custom edge plus when I gave them a call and refused to refund me my money. Will never buy a car from this dealer again. More
