Kendra was determined to help me find my perfect vehicle! She texted me vehicles that were in my price range, year, model and features. I am deeply disappointed in this dealership. The sales people were amazing, I traveled from Indiana to Ohio to purchase a vehicle that I have been interested in for years. I got there and they had me wait people were amazing, I traveled from Indiana to Ohio to purchase a vehicle that I have been interested in for years. I got there and they had me wait for over 4 hours to get paperwork ready. When I went in to sign my papers, I noticed they had a wrong address on file and I corrected them but the finance guy told me they will update the files after I sign and mail them to me. Now a month later I try to get my vehicle registered but the BMV in indiana tell me they need a title. I immediately call the dealership and remind them about my car title and they tell me they sent it out already. Unfortunately they never updated the address and they supposedly sent the title to the wrong address. The title person and I called the bank who have a lien over the vehicle to get a duplicate title, and thankfully the bank accepted to apply for a duplicate title. A week went buy and I called the bank to get an update on the application, unfortunately I was informed that the application was denied because the title does not exist in Indiana state. The bank proceeded to tell me that the dealership must not have issued out the title in the first place. I called the dealership again and this time they told me that there is nothing they can do about that because they issued out the title already. Now my only option is to return the car and get my money back because I will not pay for a car I cannot drive or own. Some people may have positive experiences with this dealership but I have had a horrible experience More

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP ON THE PLANET IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BE LIED TO AND JERKED AROUND THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP FOR YOU I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE FEBRUARY 20 FOR MY CAR STILL NOTHING IT HA IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BE LIED TO AND JERKED AROUND THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP FOR YOU I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE FEBRUARY 20 FOR MY CAR STILL NOTHING IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS AND NOTHING .NO MANAGER NO ANSWERS .THERE ARE MANY OTHER DEALERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO LOOK INTO THERE METHODS.
