Everything was going well initially. The next day I reached out due to no response, inquiring about the next step at which time the my salesperson informed me that they didn't accept financing from a bank not affiliated with them. This was never mentioned to me beforehand and I was ready to buy. They lost a sale and I believe they didn't care due to current supply and demand, they knew someone would eventually buy it so it was no sweat off their back. Poor customer service in my opinion. Mechanics do not check cars before they are sold. Nore do they know how to do a tune up. I was sold a car with bad breaks that I had to being in after a week to have fixed then asked them for a tune Nore do they know how to do a tune up. So far I'm out $1000 and the car is still not running! More
