I was looking for a used car and other dealers were giving me the bate and switch. I went to North Coast Auto and told them what I was looking for. They did not have exactly what I wanted on the lot giving me the bate and switch. I went to North Coast Auto and told them what I was looking for. When I went in the car was what they said. After that the rest of the process went smoothly. They gave me a fair price. It has been about four months now and the car is running great. More

Purchased a car from North Coast auto few months ago and was very skeptical of purchasing a car from internet. Long story short, when I got to North Coast's lot in Cleveland, Oh i was amazed to see that the was very skeptical of purchasing a car from internet. Long story short, when I got to North Coast's lot in Cleveland, Oh i was amazed to see that they are a very big dealership and have cars for sale from luxury to economy. I purchased my car from them and haven't had any issues since. Their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and I got out of their very quickly to drive my car home!! My car buying experience with this dealership was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a car. About 18 months ago, I purchased a Porsche Cayenne Turbo with 25,000 mileage from NCA. The pictures the best experience I have had purchasing a car. About 18 months ago, I purchased a Porsche Cayenne Turbo with 25,000 mileage from NCA. The pictures were very detailed and descriptive. When I saw the car, there were no surprises – it looked identical to the pictures. While the papers were being processed, NCA’s staff was courteous to both my spouse and me. We enjoyed our cups of coffee made with a professional espresso machine, while relaxing on a couch. How much better can it get? I love my car – it is a BEAST on the road – and have not had any problems with it. I got a great deal and superior customer service, and I STRONGLY recommend this dealer! More

We bought the car without actually seeing it in person. That was a bit scarey so we had alot of questions. Chris answered the questions with patience and understanding. Saw a car North Coast advertised online and called to make a deal. Flew to Cleveland to complete the deal. When I saw the car I saw that the salespeople had misrepresented the car. Cancelled the deal and then had a terrible time getting my refundable deposit back. It took many ignored calls and finally intervention from my credit card company. Do not buy a car here without actually looking at it and driving it. More
