They have stellar reviews on most websites (mainly because they pad reviews by submitting fake ones) BUYER BEWARE! Please beware of this company. They have stellar reviews on most websites (mainly because they pad reviews by submitting fake ones), so they were able to deceive us...please do not be deceived yourselves...find a reputable business to purchase from instead of North Coast Auto Mall. We recently made a purchase of a vehicle, and thankfully were able to discover undisclosed damage prior to the completion of the sale. Unfortunately we had already made the deposit on the vehicle and they refused to refund us our money once the damage was discovered, despite the company having lied about the vehicle. We had to open a Fraud Case against them through our financial institution in order to get our money back. Then North Coast Auto Mall called us and lied about the termination of one of their employees who allegedly was the cause of all of the problems, however, upon calling into their company, it was determined that the employee was still employed by North Coast Auto Mall, just at a different location. BEWARE of this company, their business practices are immoral and they actively work to hide their poor business and the damage to their vehicles. They are skilled liars! It is clear that they have much practice at actively deceiving the public! More
