I have seen different service advisors working there & they all have been helpful when Russell is not available. if I want to do some minor repair work myself, they will help me by showing the location & how to open/access it upon request. They have handled all major repairs & I never had any subsequent issues about those repairs. most of the time, they will wash my car & shine my tires to make it look beautiful when I drive out. when its washed & looks clean & shiny, you feel good by just looking at it.. i have bought new cars from No Cen Ford thru Mr. Norm Heinz. he is also a very nice & helpful person. I buy $50,000 truck from this dealership and everything it’s ok Till I start taking my truck for Maitenace Oil change,belt ,fuel filter, One day i go just for oil change and went I get out the door I check it’s ok Till I start taking my truck for Maitenace Oil change,belt ,fuel filter, One day i go just for oil change and went I get out the door I check my truck and And they do nothing same old oil i talk to the manager on duty and Lazy guy said say it’s nothing he can do and he just ignore me after y pay 100 dollars for oil change don’t do maintenance in the dealership go somewhere else. I had been looking for a specific model, a red convertible VW Beetle for months. I finally stumbled upon a listing on Cargurus of the perfect one at North Central Ford in TX. I am from NC, so shipping the car was a must! Many dealerships who sell cars online have $800-$900 dealer fees, and shipping on top of that hikes the price of the vehicle up $1000-$2000. When I inquired about the car at NCF I was sent a quote with an added $800 fee. I assumed this was a dealer fee, so I proceeded to ask what the shipping would cost. Charles Washington, one of the internet salesmen informed me that the added fee was the shipping cost! No dealer fees or unnecessary costs here! Charles Washington was absolutely amazing with answering any questions I had, sending additional pictures of the vehicle, and was incredibly honest and sincere. When the car arrived a week later, it was in pristine condition, and it genuinely looks brand new even though it is 5 years old! I would highly recommend North Central Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle even if you live all the way across the country! Thank you for helping me purchase my dream car! More

Not set-up to service the F450 trucks they sell. If you own an F450, this is NOT the place to take your truck. They will work hard to sell you an F450, but fail to mention they are not set-up to do a If you own an F450, this is NOT the place to take your truck. They will work hard to sell you an F450, but fail to mention they are not set-up to do anything other than an oil change. They charge you for the full cost of the "Works", but only did the simple oil change. They sent me to a local tire shop to get a proper tire rotation of the DRW with 19.5 wheels, and the shop scratched 3 of the OEM polished aluminum wheels in the process, so now I have to deal with that issue. I will not be returning to this location to have my truck serviced again. Also got a follow up call from the Service Advisor that was more worried about his "bonus" that was tied to my bad review, than the damage caused by the tire shop the HE sent me to. Never offered to help make the situation better, just was upset by my honest review. More
