North Bay Nissan - Service Center

My Nissan Leaf was totally dead this morning. Tried everything the owner's manual suggested. I finally called North Bay Nissan service dept (which is where I take the car for service). They stated that the car needed to be towed (25 miles) to their location so that it can be re-programed. AAA responded and advised that the 12 volt battery needed to be replaced.
