If you go in I recommend asking for Victor Maldonado or his assistant Gaby Sayabedra, (they are both bilingual in Spanish). I told them what i was looking for and the budget I had. They were both extremely helpful and courtious. The service dept. also deserves 5 stars, as my last car was purchased from another dealer, I appreciate North Bay Nissan service that much more. More

Firstly--Bruce was very friendly and had a sense of humor which I appreciate and I joined in with his humor. He also was knowledgeable about the car I purchased.
