Tried to renegotiate price. Situation resolved promptly! Sales person was great and we had agreed on the price for the truck. The salesperson had the agreed upon price approved. Then I test drove the truck and dropped it of to have it detailed and finish paperwork. Then the salesperson was told not to sell the truck for the price that all parties had agreed on! That is a very shady way to do business. The deal was agreed on and done. So the price your told probably won’t be the final price when it comes time to sign the dotted line. Situation resolved. Highly recommend! More

Previous Positive Experience Overshadowed by Latest Fiasco The deal that we were offered by Jim Bone Nissan in Santa Rosa was 10x better than what we were offered at North Bay Nissan in Petaluma (where we had The deal that we were offered by Jim Bone Nissan in Santa Rosa was 10x better than what we were offered at North Bay Nissan in Petaluma (where we had leased our last FOUR cars). North Bay Nissan was a big disappointment. The sales agent there was not very knowledgeable about the process, and each time he presented us with a new "deal," it became more and more evident that we were going to end up paying almost double what we had budgeted for our lease renewal. The process dragged on for almost two hours, and each time the agent came back, I had to disentangle the latest figures and then point out to him that that the total was the same, or even higher, than the last offer! (Clearly, he was not very good at math, either.) Spencer, on the other hand, the sales rep at Jim Bone, met us at the front door, sat down with us immediately, got us into the car (and color) that we wanted, and outdid North Bay's lackluster offer, hands down. Two stars, rather than zero or one, because our previous experience with Bruce Higbie, Manny Morataya, and most other sales and service people at North Bay was excellent, but this latest rep made us walk out the door and head over to Jim Bone, where we will do all of our future business.
