I was looking for a Honda CRV and had been next door looking at the Honda's but didn't see anything that caught my eye. We noticed that North Bay Nissan was having a sale and walked over to check it out. I saw a 2009 Nissan Rogue that had everything that I was looking for (leather seats, moon roof, low mileage etc). We spent a lot of time going over the car because I also needed room to haul a lot of luggage, boxes etc. When we decided that the car was what we were looking for we went to the showroom and found a salesman to help us (it was nice that we had time to check out the car without a salesman present). We did a test drive and loved the car, however we wanted to make sure that our luggage would fit and as it happened, we were on our way home after a vacation and Mark was kind enough to let us put all of our luggage in the Rogue. Needless to say everything fit and we love the car. Dealing with Mark and the Finance Manager was a breeze, in no time at all we had purchased the car. The only drawback with the car is it didn't have an owners manual.When I got home I ordered one for $36 from our local dealership. I would recommended this dealership to anyone looking for a car we had a wonderful experience. Thank you Mark!! More

It's clear they value customers and go out of their way to build customer loyalty, ensuring my satisfaction with my vehicle. Although I have never had any major problems with any Nissan vehicle, North Bay Nissan has quickly attended to any question or concern I had about my vehicle. I have also gotten great lease deals from the dealership, and I know this because I have a friend who is in the leasing business check everything out for me. As long as they keep up their outstanding level of customer service, I cannot imagine going to any other dealership. More
Last week, I came to this dealer to possibly purchase a new Nissan Sentra. Not only was I walking around in the parking lot for 45 minutes like a lost person, but I did not have one sales person come to h new Nissan Sentra. Not only was I walking around in the parking lot for 45 minutes like a lost person, but I did not have one sales person come to help me. Finally after getting fed up, I entered the showroom, and every sales person was on the telephone. Finally after waiting 5 minutes, one of the sales people was off the telephone. I approached him and asked if I could speak with the manager. He said why. I explained to him, asking what kind of service they have here. He did not have any response, after I told him how long I have been waiting. Finally, he went and got one of the sales managers and apparently explained to him my concerns (before I got a chance to). I asked the sales manager as to why it was taking his sales team so long to help me. His response was, it’s too early in the morning and he was very rude. I would never recommend North Bay Nissan to anyone; especially early in the mornings. Who knows, maybe after they have their coffee; they may feel like helping a prominent buyer. Anyway, that same day; I went and purchased my 4th Nissan over at Nissan of Santa Rosa. It was a brand new Nissan Sentra, a gift for my wife. I will leave it at that, or I could name the rude manager and sales person. More
We had a very pleasant and rewarding experience at North Bay Nissan. Our salesperson, Chris Curtice, was professional, friendly, and very thorough in taking care of our purchase of a new Altima. He was successful in "upselling" us to a higher priced car, however, we were very satisfied with the increased value of our purchase. We appreciated his perseverance without being pushy. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Nissan product. We visited several Nissan dealerships in search of a car and North Bay won us over. We are very happy with our new car! More
Wow, a Nissan dealer that knows how to treat their customers, not just lip service. I was looking for a specific Altima Coupe and called North Bay Nissan to see if they had the car I was looking for customers, not just lip service. They were honest and told me no but they would see if they could locate one for me and would call me right back. I received a call within 15 minutes from the manager Ron (sorry don’t remember his last name) who told me he had located one for me. He gave me the specifics of the car making sure this is what I wanted, without asking me to come in he told me that he would have the car for me by that evening. When I arrived the next day it was exactly what I had ordered. Not only was it exactly what I wanted but the best thing of all was the price and the excellent customer service. If there service dept. is anything like their sales staff I would even consider driving the extra miles to Petaluma to have my car serviced there. Keep up the great work!!!!! Vince Simino More
The dealership gave me an out-the-door price over the phone, then reneged on it hours later when I was at the dealership, adding an extra fee. I could have walked away, but I really wanted the car. At first they had said they would accept a cashier's check (and why not), but then they insisted on having funds wired in. They did a horrible job of preparing the car, even though they had a day and a half notice. When I arrived for final pickup 1) the smudges and glue marks I had pointed out the day previous were still there 2) the gas tank was still empty 3) one of the fobs didn't work, and they had no one around to figure out why (it turned out later it was a key for a different car and they had to fedex me the correct one) 4) they did not drill and mount the front license plate bracket, telling me I could have it done elsewhere. The whole time they were very unfriendly. The sales manager never even acknowledged that I was just about to buy a new car. If you are going to deal with this dealership, insist on seeing the car fully prepped before handing over any money, and go through the new car checklist item by item. More
