We made an appointment for me to come and take a look at the car I was greeted by Jackson (my sales rep) he is by far the nicest sales rep i have ever met in my life, the car was prepped and ready for me to test drive upon my arrival and the car it self was in the EXACT condition as mentioned online :) When we started the paperwork Tiffany made that process seamless fast and really easy. They serviced and detailed the car much faster then i ever imagined and I was on my way home with my car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND North Bay Imports! More

I live in Vermont and there is not to many options in a 100 mile radius for what I was looking for. I expanded my search and located North Bay Imports. They had the vehicle I was looking for. I was hesitant at first as I was not willing to make multiple trips to CT. I called and Jon assured me that the car would be immaculate with no problems and I would be satisfied. I placed my deposit over the phone and deal was done within 5 min. No haggle price and honest. I was notified that my car was ready and made the trip down. I was there less than an hour and driving home. Car was exactly how described, and they even put on 4 new tires and changed back breaks. A week later I tried to use my windshield washer fluid and found that it was not working. I sent Jon a quick e-mail on what he thought. He replied quickly and informed me that he believed that the washer fluid may be frozen. (This was a Florida car). He asked me to try something and low and behold no problems. I just had my car state inspected at the local Audi dealer and had them poke around and car is in excellent condition. Car buying is a stressful event and I have never had an easier experience in my life. I would diffidently buy from them again or encourage anyone to look here for any Audi, BWM, or Mercedes. More

I was told that the car does not go on test drives until you commit to buy it. Pretty arrogant. I buy a car every 1-2 years but apparently this place is not interested in selling cars. Buyer beware. Great overall experience I was looking to replace my 2014 A6 and North Bay had this really interesting 2017 S6 for sale. I live in PA and work in Northern NJ so wanted to make I was looking to replace my 2014 A6 and North Bay had this really interesting 2017 S6 for sale. I live in PA and work in Northern NJ so wanted to make sure the car was worth making the trip up to CT. Emailed Jon on a Saturday asking for more photos and got a response that afternoon with the car in bright sunshine. Looked great and drove up on Monday to take a test drive. The car was exactly as described so I sat down with Jon to discuss terms. They were very clear up front that they are a 'no haggle' dealership. That wasn't a problem with the price of the S6 as KBB considered the price to be fair. Especially after their pre-delivery inspection. However, and this is my only real negative comment, you do have to be careful about your trade-in offer as that is negotiable. Not sure I did the optimal bargaining on that part. Obviously, that wasn't critical as I ended up purchasing the car. Scheduled to pick up the car that Friday and it was waiting for me when I arrived. They state that they will replace any item on the car that doesn't have at least 60% of the expected service life remaining. In my case, that included replacing the front brake pads and rotors (expected for the mileage), tires, windshield wipers, cabin air filters and an oil change. (Which was one of the reasons that I wasn't too worried about the trade-in value.) They even replaced the floor mats. You are getting a car that from a mechanical perspective, is almost in the same shape as it was when originally purchased. Took less than an hour to complete the paperwork. Was a pleasure to drive home and later on a trip to VA. Later, I did notice that the cap on the knob used to adjust the instrument panel lights was missing and emailed Jackson. He talked to his service manager and sent a replacement in the mail the following day. Overall, I can say the buying experience was much better than the last couple of purchases I made from Audi dealers. No surprises and everything went smoothly. I have no reservations recommending North Bay as a location for a used car purchase. More

Replaced anything that was slightly damaged or needed repair, and made me feel as if I was buying a new car. They accommodated me for a test drive on a Sunday, as that was the only time I had to make the 4 hr. drive. Normally, they are closed on Sundays, but there was someone there waiting for me with a smile, and not there begrudgingly. That went a long way, and made me feel important. More
