Communication is not the best. Warranty purchased through dealer failed to cover repairs. Replaced the wrong tire even though initially came in for flat tire and then leaking strut Warranty purchased through dealer failed to cover repairs. Replaced the wrong tire even though initially came in for flat tire and then leaking struts were found. In the end other dealer was transparent and cheaper on the strut replacement even thou car purchased always serviced and extended warranty purchased from here at north bay. More

This was the worst service experience I have ever had and my truck is a 2008 so that says a lot. They kept giving me the run around and after about 2 weeks of silence (no updates) I am told a part needs to b my truck is a 2008 so that says a lot. And this process goes on and on and the bill keeps going up and when I finally get the truck back there is a major service notification on the dash that the stability control on the truck is damaged. This was not damaged when bringing the truck in for service. Now they are refusing to fix it and suggested that their technicians are incompetent to fix the issue. I am at a loss now because I have spent so much and had way too much faith in them and now am left with an obscure problem that I would need a GM technician to fix. This was absolutely the worst service experience I have ever had and would recommend against servicing or even buying vehicles at this dealership. More
I have previously written good reviews for this dealership, but this was not their best performance. I scheduled the appointment so I could wait for my vehicle instead of getting a loner car and w dealership, but this was not their best performance. I scheduled the appointment so I could wait for my vehicle instead of getting a loner car and was told it would take about 90 minutes. The visit took over three hours. I waited 10 minutes to drive into the bay, then waited 45 minutes for the service rep to review my appointment, and 2+ hours for the oil change/tire rotation. Additionally, the inside of the car was dirty when I got it back. More
