This dealership is disgusting. The “waiting area” has filthy walls with holes and paint missing. The “white” blinds were gray from dust and dirt. I felt like we were going to get sick just sitting in there. The “miscommunication” between the service guy and the tech caused us to be there longer than they promised. Then there was the oil spill that they “didn’t clean up” and now there is oil all over my driveway and garage. I had to go back for them to clean up their mess in my engine. The service guy said he would get back to me the following day about how they were going to remedy the situation they caused in my driveway/garage and never did (of course). This place is trash and I will not be going back. Such a horrible experience. More

I had a scheduled appointment for 1pm and told them I would be waiting there and it took them 2 hours to finish. Otherwise they did the requested service and even washed and vacuumed my truck. As I said before, the buying experience and follow up efforts with Ford to resolve my concerns was the worst in my 50 years of new car buying. The panel gaps were so poor I took it to a body shop for adjustment after North Bay failed to do a proper job. Several other warranty or recall issues have been performed. Not confidence inspiring. Can’t wait to trade it off this spring for something not Ford or UAW built. More
They did a good job , my only complaint is they had to use rotators from an auto parts store. I went to dealership because I wanted genuine Ford parts.
